We start every window project with a free at-home survey. A Browns surveyor — never a salesperson — measures up, talks through frame styles, glass choices and ironmongery, and gives you a fixed price within one working day.

Frames are manufactured to your exact reveals so there's minimal making good when we fit. Our in-house installers remove your old units, fit and seal the new windows, and tidy up properly before they leave.

All windows are FENSA registered on completion. You'll receive your guarantee paperwork through the post a few days later.
