What we do
A closer look.
We handle the full build: design, drawings, building control sign-off and planning where required. Bases are dug and laid by our own groundworkers, with options for insulated screed and underfloor heating.
Roof choice transforms how a room feels. A solid or tiled roof gives you a true extension feel; a glass roof maximises light. We talk you through the trade-offs at survey.
Most builds are finished within four to eight weeks of breaking ground, depending on size.
